sdMemBlkCreate

Creates a Memory Block handle

FORMAT

SDE_ERR sdMemBlkCreate( *handle )
SDMEMBLK *handle

PARAMETER

 *handle  Pointer to storage for handle 

RETURN

 SDE_ERR_NO_INIT  The Sound Library has not been initialized 
 SDE_ERR_HANDLE_NO_ENOUGH  All handle buffers have been used, so no more handles available 

DESCRIPTION

Creates a Memory Block handle.

NOTE

If a handle cannot be created, NULL is specified.
